A company can build great sites and do massive marketing campaigns; but if they can't help the client, they can't succeed. I was having a problem getting my data entered through CareerCertify so I contacted Technical Support. They spent a great deal of time with me trying to get it to work. They never made me feel rushed. Finally, they took the responsibility to get it fixed. They then followed through on each thing they said they would do, keeping me informed along the way.
